I have just started an Online diet with a branded website, s hopefully I'll lose loads of weight and have a six pack in a couple of weeks, hahahaha who am I kidding.

I completely agree with David Davis, David is completely right that our civil libertiesw are being taken away. What happpened hapeas corpus?

oh dear here we go again!!!! I thought that paper documents would be gone by now. Hello what happened to the electronic age, why wern't these documents in a secure digital format?, Surely if you found documents like this you would hand them into the police?.

Issues of security should be above party politics

Oh dear Mr Brown is going to make another big mistake of his premiership. I think Mr Brown is dreaming if he thinks he can get 42 day detention without trial through both houses of parliament. Oh and if it does get through parliament, i can't see the High Court and House of Lords allowing the user of this legislation in light of the Human Rights Act 1998.

Isn't there better ways to protect our country, then losing the civil liberties the people of this country worked so hard to preserve.

I ask all members of Parliament to examine your conscience, if it is absolutley neccessary we need the 42 day measure then i reluccently say we need it.

Summers nearly here folks. It's time to try and lose some weight and try and reach my ambition of looking like a mens health cover model. Well i can dream anyway. Just to let you know I am more like a 'mini' Chris Molyes, then a supermodel.

Every summer when it starts to get warm i decide that it is time too lose some weight and really go for it. Well maybe this year will be the year. I think I'll have a go with an online diet sertvice. Anyway I'll keep you guys informed.

I Went to see the Pigeon Dectives gig in Brigton on tuesday night, what a great gig dudes. I've always loved the Pigeon Detectives since they were origonally played on BBC Radio One. I think it was Jo Whiley who played the guys first, good spot Jo well wicked. Anyway I loved the gig espicially the new material from the Emergancy album. But the material from the 'Wait For Me' album is absolutley legendary. Well worth a listen if your looking for something new.

Yeah Big Brother Nine is starting, another hot summer of watching 16 crazy wannabe celbrities parade around half naked. CAN'T WAIT hopefully there'll be loads of fit people to mnake the viewing a little easier on the eye.

what a crazy task to kick off BB, this couple have to pretend there not really a couple. And 43 year old Mario has to pretend this 19 year old blond bird is his girlfriend. Some might say he is a luckly lad however that a hugh age gap, his fellow contestants will think he's a weirdo. It's kind of bitter sweet really.
